is Avatar. on my vidding list, at least. vidding = videography, btw. Same thing, just that the word 'vidding' is more like a slang for those of us who make videos.

Right now, its 2:55 a.m. in the morning and Avatar is downloading... at precisely 91.4% completed. Not bad. So far its been downloading for 20 hours, and it'll take about almost 2 hours more to finish. Pretty good, considering its 1.37 GB for the entire movie.

I have watched it twice - once in 2D, the 2nd in 3D (YES of course the 3D is better, don't you even think twice). But I cannot wait to make a video to this movie - AVATAR is just EPIC.

And even that is not a statement, its a fact. ;) *influencer* :P

on the brink of a new life.

First and foremost, MERRY & BLESSED CHRISTMAS to all of you who read my blog! :) Hahaha. Even those who read my blog pretty often without me knowing (**coughcough*Jason*coughcough*), but thank you for reading (or visiting) at least. :P Lol. And to those of you who have actually watched GLEE (no matter whether you like it or not) because I rambled on about it in my previous post, yay, thank you! hahahhaha. I like to think I'm influencing lots of ppl to watch that show. It deserves the attention, because, like I said, the singing and dancing is amazing. So you SHOULD try to watch at least (*coughcough*Wyzek*cough*). xD

Hmm. Why the title post indeed? I don't know. I felt it was a nice sentence. :) Haha. No, really. But hmm, I guess it does pose certain hidden meanings. Of course it does. Or else it would make no sense for me to put it up there.

Christmas today has been great. Apart from having fun during the church service this morning, and apart from receiving lots of gifts (thank you thank you to everyone), and apart from seeing my really good friend from Australia, well... I've come to a realization. Life never goes the way you want it. I always knew that, but never cared to understand it. But the thing is, its the beauty of the unexpected that brings us to where we are, to who we become. God is that. Unexpected. Everything in my life at the moment is literally hanging in balance. I don't know what's gonna happen next. I sometimes wonder why I always feel as though I'm either left in between, or nowhere at all. But I'm not worried. (If you know me, I'm the last person on earth to worry about my future, haha)

I'm looking ahead. And I'm on the brink of a new life. 2010 will be a great new start and an awesome new year. Every year is memorable for its own reasons. So far, anyway. And it doesn't matter that next year I'm turning 19 and I feel its so OLD. haha. Actually that shouldn't surprise me because everyone seems to think that I do NOT look 18. When I ask ppl to guess my age, they always guess around 20, 21 or 22. Really, I've done like 'hidden' surveys with ppl who ask and its always around there. LOL. I don't feel offended at all, really. I don't mind people thinking I loook older... its a good and bad thing I suppose. haha. Looking mature is actually not a bad thing. And its weird. Because my mom.. everyone thinks she looks so young, literally the opposite!

haha. Life is weird. But yeah. Its good. LG! Life's Good. xD hahaha. I'm feeling a little lame. And happy. :)

'Cos even though you're not around

my mind is having the weirdest mix of things.

Okay, so its OFFICIAL. I am a TV-slash-Movie JUNKIE. And okay, I'm not afraid to admit it. xD I've been watching an overload of movies this December. I don't know how many of you actually read my blog now that I barely update it (sorry, hehe), but I STILL wanna post this - as memory, hahaha.

NUMBERONE:
I am OBSESSED with a new TV Show, GLEE. And its all my YouTube friends' fault. So many of them were chatting on about Glee, and I was then wondering what the heck was it. And so I checked it out on Wikipedia (EVERYTHING is found on Wikipedia these days), and didn't think much of it, until I went back to Penang and bought the DVD with its first 8 eps in it (its only in season one now). And I started watching, and.... BAM! I was HOOKED. Just like that. There's not only comedy and drama in this show, there's MUSIC. Like SINGING for real, and DANCING, and whoa. Its so COOL and so fun to watch. its so entertaining. I'm in love with the characters too (YES YES Finn caught my eye the moment I saw him, and yes I do think he's not bad looking, even though he's like 1.9 m tall (like whoa!) and he's quite fair. Puck has recently gotten my attention, despite that mohawk, he's really actually HOT. AGH those eyes of his...probably beats Finn's, but I love Finn's smile more. EEEEP I just gushed on for so many sentences about TWO guys from Glee! SORRRYYYY!). Even Mr. Shue is so cool, really! Lol. And Glee's got I think 4 nominations for the Golden Globes this year, so I hope they'll win, cos they do deserve it, the show's a huge hit on Fox.

NUMBERTWO (incase you've been wondering, the numbers indicate the stuff in my head):
THE PRINCESS AND THE FROGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!! I AM SUPER IN LOVEEEE WITH THE MOVIE. REALLY. AND I'M TYPING ALL THIS IN CAPS LOCK TO PROVE MY POINT. LOL. Hahaha. But seriously, I'm not kidding. This is the BEST animated picture I've loved so much since..... since I dunno when, really. It beats UP, Ratatouille.... and I love Ratatouille a LOT, I tell you. aaaah! :D And the frogs are MEGA adorable, I tell you! I think Tiana and Naveen actually look cuter as frogs than as ppl, lol. I love Prince Naveen, HAHAHA. As a frog, especially. ;D His ACCENT is even sexy at times lol. AND OH I HAVE WATCHED THIS MOVIE TWO TIMES...and I may watch it again next week, which would then make it THREE. xD



NUMBERTHREE:
Oooooh. The Storm Warriors II. ;D I wasn't actually that keen to watch this at first, but of course my aunt really wanted to, so I did watch it because truth to be told when I watched the preview of this movie, I was interested. So yep, and okay, the movie was GOOD. The fight scenes were AMAZING in cinematography (yep, there's a lot of CGI, and slow-motion scenes, but that's what makes it so COOL with a CAPITAL C.) and really, Aaron Kwok and Ekin Cheng as Cloud and Wind makes it doubly nice to watch. (AARON KWOK IS SO HANDSOME IN THIS MOVIE AND DON'T YOU EVEN DENY IT. xD) Cloud was truly THE HERO of this movie. And his fight scenes were WHOA...even Wind's scenes are so WOW. There are a lot of martial arts fighting scenes, (actually most of the movie IS action, there's only 200 lines of dialogue) and all those fighting scenes are crazily captivating and entertaining. the audio in this movie is spectacular; I would LOVE to grab it to use for my vids (trust me, I WILL once I grab the dvd). Aaron Kwok sang the theme song as well, I think. Oh, and did I say? I think both their swords are AWESOME. xD

(and btw they look really good in this poster below, hehehehehe)



NUMBERFOUR:
Ohkay. This one is the only one excluded from the list of things in my head because I haven't watched this yet, I'm watching it tomorrow. But once I watch it tmorrow, it'll be in my head too. = =" so this is here in advance. =S Okay. I'm expecting this movie to be superbly good too, because every single review I've read on this movie (and I'm not talking about LOCAL reviews; I mean INTERNATIONAL reviews by top notch movie reviewers) speaks of it as one of the best movies ever made - even saying things like James Cameron really is the KING of the world. O.O And yes, Titanic WAS a major hit (it IS one of my favourite movies ever), winning 11 academy awards and all, so of course I am expecting this movie by James Cameron to be just as amazing. I hope it meets my expectations... hahahaha. (and NO I don't even know what its about LOL)



NUMBERFIVE:
I just watched the KLPAC Orchestra and Choir in KLPAC just now, they performed Handel's 'Messiah'. It was good, of course, but REALLLLYYYYYY LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG. IT was THREE HOURS. Gah! I've never gone for a concert which is that long before. =/ but oh well, it was a nice experience hearing the traditional kind of Christian music. (IT IS because every single lyric sung from the bible; all memory verses.)

Haha. That's all thats in my head, and trust me, its MORE THAN ENOUGH for now, my head did feel like it was bursting with too many images and too much sound. =/ And for the record, I just realized I always explain my FB status here on my blog. HAHA! And sorry if there was too much mention of handsome guys here. xD ROFL.

Oh, and did I mention? Three movies in three days for me. =/ I watched the Princess & the Frog for the 2nd time yest (Thurs), The Storm Warriors today (Fri) and I'm watching Avatar tmrow (Sat). O.O I've broken my previous record.

In case I don't blog next week for Christmas....Merry Christmas in advance!! ;D OOh and there's Alvin and the Chipmunks next week. Sigh. I really do watch too many movies. xD (not TV shows though, I only watch THREE - Gossip Girl, Supernatural and Glee)

i am SO known for being... um, late. even in bothering to update my bloggggg. xD haha. sorry! I'm kinda in a very happy mood now, and its probably because of this video.



nothing makes me happier than a Jensen Ackles/Dean Winchester vid. Honestly. The one SmokeyFiizz made to the song 'I Know You Want Me' had me gasping the most, though, so that one still holds the record. But hey, he is SO the CANDY MAN. ;D LOL.

Oh, and I've made a BRAND NEW YOUTUBE CHANNEL BACKGROUND. BETA STYLE. but the thing is, after making it and seeing it many many many times.... I feel it isn't that great. I dunno whats wrong with me arrghhhh everytime I make something new, and then I see someone else's channel I think - OH this channel also looks really nice, and oh that channel also looks great.... argh I feel like boxing myself. And this new layout painstakingly took me MANY MANY MANY hours over these past two days. Like maybe 7 hours altogether. Or 8 or 9. O.O

one short update first!

before I fall asleep in my bed after the GPS Kids Camp 09!! :D Wheeeeeeeee!! ;D lol. I had LOTS of fun, honestly, although I must say that I am crazily tired.... aargghh. of course nothing can beat the tiredness I felt after the CF Camp last year, (I slept for 15 hours when I came home after the 4 days & 3 nights) but STILL. Its exhausting having to wake up at 6 o clock for 3 days in a row, plus all the energy you put in into the kids! But, the REAL truth is, its all worth it. This statement cannot be any truer than what it is. Seeing the children giving their heart to God isn't just a breakthrough - its a blessing, a wonder, a praise. I feel so encouraged seeing some of them, and I'm not just simply saying; I mean it. Faith Ho - who is THREE AND A HALF YEARS OLD, was in my group Tom Tom, for the 2nd and 3rd day. SHE IS MARVELOUS. REMARKABLE, really. I'll explain why later. Everyone is drawn to her like a magnet. ;D

Anyways, I'll blog fully about this camp later on - it was everything I expected and more. Its an experience that I'll never forget - something similar to all my previous CF Camps which were so amazing that its unforgettable. Of course, to date my most miraculous and wonderful experience is still the worship leading during the first session of CF Camp last year, where when I first sang the slow song 'Beautiful Saviour', the presence of God was so tangible that everyone was crying their heart out already, lifting up their hands like there was no tomorrow. And even half of the worship team was in tears; even the drummer, Derrick. That's just one of the many examples I've experienced of which God's goodness and greatness is beyond explanation.

Aaaaaaaaaah. And there's other things - for my uni next year, I'm considering not one, not two, but THREE places to go at the moment - MALAYSIA (stay back here), AUSTRALIA (because of PR and going there IS the original plan), and lastly.... _____________. You'll have to guess the last one. ;) Certain *ahem* people I know would probably either squeal, go "WHAT?!?!" in a very loud voice OR 'You're kidding right?' if and when I tell them its a possibility.

Hahahahaha. Whatever! ;) hehe. just jk. it matters la k. Okey very sleepy already. gtg. Chao!~

I'm blogging from church at the moment, waiting for the GPS camp meeting to start. I've had a great 11 days in the past since my exams and college ended.

Its been a mixture of going out and hanging out at home, going online a lot and video making, and just sleeping a lot. :P I've been going back to my old habits of sleeping crazily late (like 4 a.m. or later)... so I'm reminding myself not to continue too often, hehe!

I'll be revamping my blog FOR REAL this time... which means my beautiful Jensen Ackles header will be removed (sobs). ;D haha. but no worries, I will SURELY find a way to put him somewhere on my blog (I can guarantee you that much, hehe).

THIS IS IT!

I have TWO very good reasons for saying "This is it" -

1) THIS IS IT! I HAVE FINISHED MY S.A.M. FINAL EXAMS! and I am OFFICIALLY finished with college!!!! I seriously and honestly cannot believe that I'm done. :O Its still shocking me that a year has passed by so fast... and that I'm done with my pre-university studies! I'm doing my degree next year!! O.O gahhh I am amazed, but at the same time, I'm so relieved!! I'm so happy and ecstatic that I now have my newfound FREEDOM! As I stated in my last post, there are already many things that I have planned to do, hehe..

Yesterday me and four other classmates were the FIRST FIVE people to finish our SAM final exams. We then went to Isabell's place in Sentul...which is beeeauutiful, btw. We played Pictionary and Taboo, which was tons of fun. Then we headed to 1U and played bowling... and at night...

2) I FINALLY WATCHED MICHAEL JACKSON's THIS IS IT! Yes, I do think its one of the best shows ever! MJ is truly, a legend. My hat's off to him now and forever. His film grossed $130 million or so worldwide, which makes it the HIGHEST grossing concert movie ever, topping Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus's Best of Both Worlds in Concert. hehee yes I am thrilled that MJ beat out Miley in setting the records for his show, because (no offense intended to Miley) honestly, I think Michael is so much more of a performer and entertainer in so many ways in comparison to Miley, who mostly only appeals to teenagers and kids.

oh and I changed my desktop background to MJ's This Is It cover... it looks like this! (I took a liking to the cool editing of his silhouette. :D)
